Great Neighbors and School Zone - Ft. Braden for elementary and middle school, Godby High School. Rent includes private bedroom and bathroom, electric, cable, internet, home phone and use of washer/dryer. We will share the common areas i.e., living room, dinning room, kitchen and laundry room. We can either split costs of food or do separately. Also, would be willing to consider someone with a child and/or spouse, there is also a 2nd bedroom available if needed, for additional rent.
