Candidate must provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the daily front line support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via help desk and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Required Experience: The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL, TCP/IP communication and Web/Wireless technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed. Must be able to work an after hours rotating on-call shift. Education: Minimum associates degree in information technology or equivalent job experience.
