On Saturday, January 18, 2014 from 8:00 am CDT to 1:00 pm CDT will hold it's 10th Annual Hog Butchering event. Take a step back in time when the butchering of farm animals was a staple of life. Come to the Panhandle Pioneer Settlement for a hands-on demonstration of the art of hog butchering. This event was a major part of life during pioneer days during the late fall and early winter.
