This Spectra S1 Plus electric breast pump is a closed system, rechargeable, double breast pump. There are EXTRA accessories, some of which were never used, including an extra power adapter and tubes. (Because the pump is a closed system pump, the milk does not pass through the tubes but goes straight into the bottles instead.) The pump is in excellent working condition.
